乌拉圭企业生产经营各种规格塑料袋,并希望生产一次性塑料盒，求购一次性塑料盒生产线设备。拟与中国出口上述商品的公司接触，建立贸易关系。
具体规格如下:
POLYBAG Ltda. is a company devoted to PE and PP resins in Uruguay South America. Established in 1992 by Antonio Azadian is nowadays one of the biggest companies in Uruguay, characterized by it short response time to their clients.
Our main products are printed film and bags in various sizes and shapes.
We are in search of a china factory of plastic film machinery to establish a long commercial relationship.
We are interested in a complete line for producing food trays including the film extruder.
The tray could be made of PS, PE or PP.
Here after are the characteristics of the machines we are in searching for to build a complete thermoforming line:
a) A cast sheet film line of 80 kg/hr, 1000 mm wide and up to 1 mm thick.
b) A thermoforming Machine with a punching device of around to 50 cycles per minute. The idea is to produce 1000 trays/hr. The forming area should be around 750 mmx550 mm.
c) Molds for the trays. The drawing will be available upon request.
